Will my customers know they’re talking to an agent?
Yes. It introduces itself as your business’s assistant and, when needed, hands the conversation to a person.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
No agent is infallible. That’s why we train it only on your business information, set clear limits and, whenever it’s unsure, it passes the inquiry to a person. We also review the conversations to keep improving it.
Does it work with the tools I already use?
It works with spreadsheets, booking systems, online stores and most common tools. If one can’t be connected, we’ll tell you before we start.
Are there any extra costs?
WhatsApp charges for messages your business starts, such as reminders or promotions; replies to your customers’ inquiries are free. That account stays in your name, and Meta bills you directly. AI usage is included in the monthly fee, up to a conversation volume we set based on your business.
What happens to my customers’ data?
It’s yours, and it’s used only to make your agent and your automations work.
How much does it cost?
We quote it in two parts: setup, at a fixed price, and a monthly fee for support and maintenance. The price depends on what the agent does, which tools we connect it to and how many tasks we automate. Tell us what you need and we’ll send you a written proposal with the exact price.
WhatsApp already has its own assistant. Why do I need you?
For a business with simple questions, it may be enough, and we’ll tell you so. We add what doesn’t come built in: we set it up with your business information, connect it to your spreadsheets, your booking system or your store, define when it hands off to a person and review the conversations every month to improve it.
