Who we are

Macaw Marketing & Communication, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the personal information you share with us on this website. For any questions about your information, email us at info@wearemacaw.com.

What information we collect

Only what you fill in on the contact form: your name, your WhatsApp number or email, what your business does, what you’d like to achieve and which services you’re interested in. If you message us on WhatsApp, we also receive your number and the messages you send us. If you book an intro call, we also receive the details you enter when booking: your name, your email and your answers to the booking questions.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, set up a call and send you a proposal. We don’t use it for anything else without your consent.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or transfer your information. It’s handled only by the providers we need for the website and our contact channels to work, such as our website hosting service, our email delivery service and our call scheduling service (Cal.com), and only for that purpose.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the website and which pages they view. It’s anonymous and doesn’t use cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to answer your inquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us at info@wearemacaw.com.

Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 25,326), data subjects have the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in Section 14(3) of that law. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the oversight authority under Law No. 25,326, is responsible for handling complaints and claims from anyone whose rights have been affected by a breach of the data protection rules in force.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page, along with the date it was updated.
